We offer free shipping for all orders above 50 euro within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Western Europe Delivery time: 2-5 working days (EUR 9,95)
Rest of the World Delivery time: 7-10 working days (EUR 29,95)

Shipping costs will be automatically added at the checkout. Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) by local governing authorities. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or wrongly delivered packages by the carriers as we only function as an intermediary between our customers and the carrier.
Picking and Packing Your Order
After completing the checkout process, and your order is succeeded, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail (please check your SPAM inbox as well). You can see the overview of your order and find your order number in this email. Please note that in busy periods, we may require a bit more handling time than usual.

Wanna return an item? No problem, just fill in our return form to get started.
Please note: returning items is the customer’s responsibility. We will issue your refund only after the returned order has arrived at our office in good condition. Furthermore, the item can only be returned within 14 days of receipt.
